Then, instead of blame policies in the country, a political culture of peace, harmony, sympathy and tolerance will be formed. Democracy and development will advance towards the desired goal.

President Abdul Hamid urged expatriate Bangladeshis to include the electoral lists in each election to include the Electoral Commission in their voter list. He said: "Around 10 million people in Bangladesh live abroad and are playing an important role in the economy of the country by sending foreign currency, but many of them do not have a national identification card. Bangladesh living abroad to obtain their national identifications, so they can take a special initiative.
